Seen in many forms, but this is the original! With a design dating back over 20 years… when I was working as a chef and butchering out 150-200 chickens a day! I designed this blade to be an all purpose knife in the kitchen (or the camp). The 6.5 inch blade has a deep enough belly to easily make quick work of medium duty chopping, and the narrow point still allows control when needed. Blade is stain resistant d2, not only holding an edge, but also helping to prevent corrosion. The handle is Wenge wood with micarta insert. If you only have one knife, to call on … this is the best bet out there!
